How do one change the status of the goals? - admin - 10-10-2025
And must these be the goals for upcoming year i.e until next evaluation?
The goals can be updated by the owner of the stage in the various relevant stages.
- The goal cannot be completed in the goal setting stage!
- You can add new goals in later stages if that is desired.
- Goals can in later stages be viewed in previous stages, but only updated in the present stage.
We have not set any hard rules on the goals - if there are long term goals stretching over several contracts, that should be OK - but they have to be added for each new appraisal. Suggest to then start them as "In progress"
